Sunnyside Acura

Tried to buy a new car from this dealership. What a nightmare experience that was. Phone calls were not returned on time and when it was returned he hungup on me half way thru the conversation as he ha nightmare experience that was. Finally when I figured the deal they are offering is not that good I told them I am going elsewhere and he gave me such an attitude. Not only I would never buy from here but I will never recommend to anyone else either. More

My Fiance and I visited Sunnyside looking to get some prices on a new car for each of us. I wanted the TL and she wanted an RDX. We met Kayhan on our first visit to the dealership and he was extremely he prices on a new car for each of us. I wanted the TL and she wanted an RDX. We met Kayhan on our first visit to the dealership and he was extremely helpful. He went with us on the test drive of each car and was able to give us accurate pricing on each vehicle at that time. With our situation we were not able to purchase the car during that first visit so we asked that Kayhan stay in contact with us about specials that come up from month to month. It was about 3 months total from the time we first test drove until we purchased the RDX about a week ago. Kayhan was in contact with us the whole time and when we went back in to finally get the car he was even more helpful. He took his time with us and made sure everything in the car was set up before we left. We have already told him that we will see him in a month or two to purchase another car and we CANT WAIT!!! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase an Acura that you go see KAYHAN at sunnyside. More

After finishing the deal I was satisfied and ready to drive off in my TSX when Kayhan suggested getting my bluetooth set-up before I left - thankfully I took his advice as the system was locked with a code only the service dept. could break. Good experience and great car! If I were to purchase there again I'd ask for Kayhan! More

Kayhan was very patient and knowledgeable and helped us get familiar with all the features and options available on the vehicle. He had the vehicle ready for us the same day. My car didn't have the XM traffic and weather information available for some reason. Kayhan called the XM customer service to make sure the traffic and weather info feature was working as expected. I would definitely recommend Kayhan and Sunnyside Acura to my friends. More

When I first called Sunnyside to inquire about a lease for my fiance, Jerry, I was given to speak with Wally. He gave me the informaion that I was looking for. When it finally came time to go and look at for my fiance, Jerry, I was given to speak with Wally. He gave me the informaion that I was looking for. When it finally came time to go and look at cars I wanted to make sure that I spoke with Wally as he was the initial contact person I had spoken with. We all sat down and went over figures for what we were looking at. Jerry was getting a company car and he was looking at the TL. I was replacing a my car which was an "05" MDX. Well, Jerry couldn't get the company car through acura as his company considers them a "luxury car". So, he had to settle for a Honda Crosstour. He likes but not like the TL. I did get me new car which was a new MDX. Through the whole experience I felt that Wally was there to assist me and make this a smooth transaction. When I picked up my car, even though it was his day off he came in to go over the car with me. Now I was impressed with that! And as for Sunnyside, I have always been satisfied with the dealership because they do not pressure you when you walk in. They just make you feel welcomed and comfortable with looking in their showroom. Oh, by the way, I am a realtor and I know how a client should be treated and I feel that Wally and Sunnyside go above the norm to make that happen. Garfield was very helpful in showing off all the features of my RDX. Since my purchase he's made repeated offers to continue to be of assistance/show me how to work with all the features in the technical pa of my RDX. I also know that he worked hours beyond his regurlar duty hours to work with our needs and schedule. My experince with him and the vehicle are outstanding. I gave a 4 for the price only because this is the most I've spent on a vehicle so far, but I know that the value I'm getting for that price can't be beat! More

After the MDX ended up on my short list, I stopped in to Sunnyside and had the good fortune to run into Wally Noueri, who impressed me as a solid sales guy right from the start. All the other people (finance, service, parts) have been great and they all seem to be deservedly proud of the product and dealership. As a former owner of cars from Lexus, Mercedes and Porsche, I can say that these guys are in the same league, and without the pretensions. Good work all around, definitely recommended. More
