I met with Wally and right from the beginning my experience was fantastic. I purchased a 2008 Acura TL w/ Tech package. The car was in amazing shape. They even got me a rate lower than advertised which was already very low. To me it's not only the obvious detail, it's about the class and care for the smaller details that sets this dealership and sales professionals like Wally apart. An example is that my 3 month XM was already set to go on the car when I picked it up. Wally wanted to call my insurance company and get the declarations page without my having to lift a finger. A fully executed set of closing documents with signature tabs that took the guess work out of the signing. There was a full tank of gas, a new oil change, a final recon to make the car look perfect. I cannot forget to mention Wally's willingness to help me down load my contacts from my phone into the car and to spend the time to give me a run down of what I needed to know to get a decent understanding of the systems without the manual. He even helped me move my belongings from one car to another. What more can I say? I will be a repeat customer, I have never had an experience this smooth in my life. Thanks Wally. More

We had been test driving and researching for while before we went to Sunnyside to look into an MDX. We left the dealership and said we would be making a decision within the next month, Kayhan never attempted to "make a deal" to get us into a vehicle that day. He was gracious and professional. Once we made our decision that the MDX was our choice, we were acommodated in every possible way. We had researched many cars over the last few months and the Acura MDX met all and even exceeded many of our qualifications. We went to look at some cars on Labor Day and saw that the Sunnyside dealership the Acura MDX met all and even exceeded many of our qualifications. We went to look at some cars on Labor Day and saw that the Sunnyside dealership was closed. We were later told that the dealership values its employees and wants them to spend time and enjoy holidays with their families. We felt that this simple statement spoke volumes about Sunnyside. If they value their employees so highly, just imagine how well they treat their customers! When we returned the next night we were greeted in a friendly ,warm and completely hatural way by Kayhan. We had picked out a car the day before and we took it for a test drive. Kayhan was extremely informed about every aspect of the car, its many features, its main competitors and answered each and every question with a depth of knowledge, wisdom and humor. While we were deciding, we found that Kayhan retained his warmth and sense of humor. We NEVER, EVER, felt pressured or prodded into our decision. Our last two experiences in purchasing cars were so unpleasant that we couldn't believe how smooth and pleasant this entire process was, with much of the credit going to Kayhan. (We also had a great experience in our dealings with the manager as well as the financial staff.) We highly recommend Sunnyside Acura and especially Kayhan to anyone we know that is looking for a car.
