I brought my vehicle in for a brake job. The job was completed and upon leaving the brakes began to squeak. I called and was told there is a 1k mile break in period. I drove the 1k miles and The job was completed and upon leaving the brakes began to squeak. I called and was told there is a 1k mile break in period. I drove the 1k miles and the squeaking persisted. I returned and they re placed the brake pads. I left the dealership and within a day or so the brakes began to squeak again. I drove the break in period and then returned as the problem persisted. The vehicle was inspected and I was told that brake squeaking is normal. I forgot to mention that I was charges approximately $1300 for the original job. So after that amount of money and 2 separate trips back they turned me away and refused to fix the issue. I have had 5 new cars in the last 10 years. My brakes have never squeaked. I have left messages for the manager and have not received a return call. Stay away from the service department. More

I was looking for a good low milage preowned vehicle when I called Don Hansen. I told him what I was interested in and how much I had to spend. This "used car" looked like new, since they detailed it and Certified, with it with the checks, It came with a one year Bumper to Bumper warrantee! I was pleased with the transaction, and Don worked with me to make it fast! ( I know they now call it a preowned vehicle, but old school Tommy just says used car). This is a great car, and I recommend Don for anyone looking for a "preowned vehicle". Don was the best and he did what should be done @ a dealership!
