Not happy with the way this but went. First off truck I bought was listed as CPO, when finances come into play I'm being charged an extra $2800 on top of their asking price, here's how some dealers do busi bought was listed as CPO, when finances come into play I'm being charged an extra $2800 on top of their asking price, here's how some dealers do business. Go in for one price and you end up paying extra. Then in photos listed online there's a truck bed folding cover, they gave me the truck without it. This is just false advertisement to me ... Mike S was the salesman and unfortunately he couldn't help me and provided a good satisfaction in this deal. More

This is our first experience with Sunrise Chevrolet. We were pleasantly surprised with the initial experience we had. Contacted or stopped in at 5 dealers before we found anyone with Trailblazers on their were pleasantly surprised with the initial experience we had. Contacted or stopped in at 5 dealers before we found anyone with Trailblazers on their lot. These are tough times for both the dealers and the consumers, but Sunrise Chevy came through. Scott Martin in particular made our car purchase worthwhile. His no pressure, personable and professional demeanor made us comfortable with our decision making. Rick Mackintosh also did an excellent job with our financial information as this is usually the tedious portion of vehicle purchase. Rick made it informative and it went real smooth. Kudos Scott, Rick and the entire Sunrise team for making our purchase happen. I have yet to encounter direct service department communication, but hopefully the experience continues as it has started. More

So, I must stand corrected. I had a bad mix up with that dealership. But……I went back there yesterday, and met up with my once enemies, and they were able to correct the issue. Which by the way, was a simpl dealership. But……I went back there yesterday, and met up with my once enemies, and they were able to correct the issue. Which by the way, was a simple thing but we were not explained in detail from other dealership in Long Island what it was in concern about. Had we known, 1-2-3 it would of been resolved. But, it was explained yesterday and we are all on the same page now. So yes, it hit me like a brick at first, but in the end All Is Well!!! And I want to sendan apology to my 2 buddies over there. So I will rate this place with 4 1/2 stars. so yes, if in the market of a new car from them, go right ahead , they will definitely help you out and make you laugh 👍 More
