What I was quoted was not what they were prepared to charge me. Luckily it was caught and I was able to find my tires for a lot cheaper. The service provider gave me stickers from a bottle and said they were completed. I can only hope so. I also have an alert on my Ford app stating I have a recall on my vehicle that needs to be fixed. I'm glad I looked at because the service department failed mention anything to me about it. And what makes it worse, it's a safety recall!!! Do not use this dealership and go somewhere else. I called in the morning. They told me bring it in at 10 o’clock for an oil change was great after it was completed. They gave me a list that should be done. Another thing I didn’t really agree with is when the gentleman told me next time I come in for an oil change that I might need back pads, which is not a problem then he said you might need rotors because living in Florida the solid air my answer was I bought the car seven months ago in New Jersey I would like to deal with your dealership but not at this time thank you for your concern More

This was not the best experience I had with a dealership. We had some bad rain storms this week and it rained in the car, when I questioned how it might have come in, was told they felt the sunroof had a leak, the roof was sealed and should not be opened, we hadn't opened it but once again opps no one said anything, but when I called about this I was told I could bring it in and have the leak specialist check it, so how much will this cost me. Our salesman was unable to return several calls for questions, but was able to call me about who's name was on the insurance card, his name began with an E. This was not a high dollar purchase, so maybe it wasn't a priority, but also received a message from the sales manager that just was checking in, left a message for him and no response. Just sad that customer service was dropped by not returning a phone call. More
