Brought my car in for service for my AC not working and hard shifting I was told later in the day that I had an aftermarket radio and that they could not diagnose the hard shifting but they found a leaking hard shifting I was told later in the day that I had an aftermarket radio and that they could not diagnose the hard shifting but they found a leaking Schrader valve and would evacuate and recharge the AC system I was later called that day and told the car was ready for pickup I arrived at the dealership only to find out 10 minutes before closing when the car was brought up to me that the AC was blowing hot in fact the AC never worked but yet I was charged $322 for the service I discussed this with the service writer that was on site and he agreed with me that I should not pay for it but a refund couldn't be given until the morning please call in the morning I was then told that I was told there were no guarantees of the work done but there's no note on my service ticket that says the car was not working correctly when and did back still awaiting a phone call from the service manager Steve More
