The service writer Jennifer lied to me about when my vehicle was going to be looked at she knew I was on vacation and time was of the essence and would not even call me back with any information so I wa vehicle was going to be looked at she knew I was on vacation and time was of the essence and would not even call me back with any information so I was able to get a ride to the dealership to speak to her in person and she told me she was to busy and that’s why she didn’t call me back and after 2 days my car was not even looked at I had to tow it to another shop It cost me two tow fees and two wasted days More
