Showed up Without an appointment, and Dan said not a problem. I use my truck for work, So it was very important I got in quickly. He said about an hour, and 40 minutes later I was on the road,Oil change problem. I use my truck for work, So it was very important I got in quickly. Service department is excellent at Sunrise. I just got my car back 6 months after the transmission broke, which was covered thankfully by ford and gave loaner car. It just broke again this time its differ my car back 6 months after the transmission broke, which was covered thankfully by ford and gave loaner car. It just broke again this time its different parts to transmission costing 1700$. That's not service fault that's a ford issue so I cant knock em for the lack of concern at the Ford hq. Complete Disrespect 1. Service Department Manager was extremely rude, cursing. 2. Could not identify the issue, twice. 3. Removed my poor reviews on other plat forms. 1.
