I don't think you get your money's worth when coming in for the works package. Are you supposed to have PSI checked since they are supposed to rotate your tires? All of the PSI in my tires were different a for the works package. Are you supposed to have PSI checked since they are supposed to rotate your tires? My air filter was not clipped in the whole way (two of three clips hooked on). More
Everyone I came in contact with were attentive, kind and helpful. I received calls from Christina informing me of questions I may have had. Scheduled recall appointment for 2 recalls 1 week prior for 8/25, parts not ordered until day after scheduled appointment. Parts in next day , said it would be done Thursday. 8/28 Called Friday for updat for 8/25, parts not ordered until day after scheduled appointment. Parts in next day , said it would be done Thursday. 8/28 Called Friday for update in AM & PM with no update. not installed until Saturday 9/30... Took 6 days to do 2 recall jobs that are only a couple hours each at most. Had to arrange transport on Saturday. No apologies offered, no explanation offered. More
We have been doing business with this Dealership for 15 years. Even buying a car that we bring in for service. The recent visit was a drop off in service. We had dealt with Sarah in the past in the service years. Even buying a car that we bring in for service. The recent visit was a drop off in service. We had dealt with Sarah in the past in the service department. She was great. Now when we were here for this service, we were told she was no longer with the company. And it was not the same with the current service associates. They were not attentive. And we felt like we were a bother to them. Not the same friendly feel we have had the past 15 years there. Will hope this will change with our next visit. More
