Had an appointment Brought my car in a 8:00 could not get anyone to answer my messages. Not Steven. Not Sarah. Not my service advisor Just wanted an update. Finally found out the car wasn’t even liked at till 3:30. Why am I bringing it in at 8:00? Finally on Saturday,after multiple messages left a part had to be ordered. Would not be there till Monday. Ok. So I have the insurance coverage that I am entitled to a loner. Oh there is no one there on Saturday to get me the loner. On Monday after again trying to find out when I can get my car(unanswered messages again) I find out the part did not come in and won’t be there till Tuesday. So finally on Tuesday can pick the car up at 5:00. Yes the window now works. The floor board is scratched to xxxx. I guess from taking the inner door panel off to fix the window. New windshield wipers are good. The third problem was a compartment lid that was broken. That was not even addressed. When I got home and looked at the work order, it wasn’t even on there. I guess I should have looked at the paperwork more closely and noticed it wasn’t on there. I’m my 15 years of bringing my car in I never had to check on my service advisor like that. She did apologize for her part in it. I must say that the best help was from the main person who answered the main phone line. They helped me find out the info I needed. Your regular( leave a message)does not work. You need to change how you treat your customers More

Very difficult to contact the service department and very slow to reply to messages. I have always had problems with services not being performed to completion but being told things have been repaired just t slow to reply to messages.
