Worst car buying experience I have had, price advertised completely changed when I called and said I would buy it. They all the sudden add lojac, and 2 other fees that add up to $2,500. Sales manager and Finance manager everyone were extremely rude and unprofessional. I purchased a truck sight unseen, after receiving it they sold a truck that was sold as recently serviced and in good condition. It was received so out of alignment both fronts were bald on the inside. I was told they would clean a detail the car. But it arrived filthy and all the seats and carpet was covered in dog hair, so clearly the didn’t do that either. For a Ford dealership it was the worst experience buying a car I have had and it was probably the 20th car I have bought from a dealership. More
