I took in my car to have it checked because I was getting the smell of oil coming from my A/C. I was called the following day and told I had three oil leaks and the motor mount was leaking and that the cost the smell of oil coming from my A/C. I was called the following day and told I had three oil leaks and the motor mount was leaking and that the cost for parts and labor would be $3000+. I took my car to another shop and they did not find any oil leaks and only the leak in the motor mount. The total parts and labor would only be $300+. More

The collision department, Travis, is doing all he can do to get the insurance adjuster to order the parts required. James, the insurance adjuster is stalling the process until I contacted the CEO with Progr to get the insurance adjuster to order the parts required. James, the insurance adjuster is stalling the process until I contacted the CEO with Progressive, then he started to cooperate! Next week will be 3 months since the accident, held up mostly by Progressive insurance. And no reason for it, the other driver was totally at fault and the have $100k collision insurance to cover all work. But Travis and Gabby are doing their best. More

My car was in for an insurance covered accident. You had it for over 2 months. I was told my car would be ready on Monday or Tuesday and it wasn't ready until the following week. When I got it back You had it for over 2 months. I was told my car would be ready on Monday or Tuesday and it wasn't ready until the following week. When I got it back it was full of tree sap, so I came right back. You took it, cleaned it (?) and returned it with the same tree sap on it. The stickers were still on the back so I still have adhesive on my back window. More
