Worst of the worst for real, I’ve been going here for a quick oil change for about 2 years and the service has declined so much each time I go in. The service advisors don’t even call to elaborate on mecha quick oil change for about 2 years and the service has declined so much each time I go in. The service advisors don’t even call to elaborate on mechanics findings during the works they just send you to the website where a tech has uploaded pics and a price for diagnosing stuff. The “speed lane” is so disorganized it takes 15 minutes minimum to pay after the works already been completed (well over an hour for oil change and tire rotation) , I asked them not to wash my car and they did anyway (top 10 worst Carwash) and on top of that the price has risen $20 since June for an oil change and tire rotation. I’d agree the excuse that the price went up on everything else if I couldn’t get an oil change and tire rotation at the valvoline down the road for $60. For you to charge that much and provide this low quality of service you must be out of your minds. More
