Went in for oil change Wednesdayat 8:30am, found a waterproof leak. Was told it was a 12 hr job, I would have it back the end of the next day. No offer of a loaner or even a rental. $120 Water pump cost over $4000, customer relations not very good. Salesmen try to sell me a new Ford, and wonder why I don't bite. Why would ?
