Went down to Toyota on Monday bought a Highlander new Tundra new and a corolla for the granddaughter paid cash for then almost $100,000 and they didn't want to wait on us only reason I'm driving the Ford is my grandson needed something bigger for his growing family also paid cash thanks More

Scheduling the recall that came up on emails was difficult. Once the customer service person in the 1800 # intervened, I was able to schedule the recall and service appointment. However at drop off, the service dept representative seemed surprised that I was bringing my car for those recalls since no arrangement had been done with tge 3rd party company that deals wolith sealing the glass roof. Although not all recalls were resolved, the car was returned with improved function. Very attentive staff. The various departments are just not communicating effectively. More
