FAIR, FRIENDLY, FANTASTIC! Buying/Leasing a car has always been a chore for me. I usually leave feeling like I got a bad deal. That was not the experience I had working with Thomas Mcgivney. From the beginning, he was very calm and didn't try to pressure me. I also priced the same car through other local dealers, and got the best deal through Tom. He was very knowledgeable about our new vehicle and spent a good amount of time showing me all the "bells and whistles" on the car. Tom was just as excited as we were when we picked the car up! He was genuinely happy for us. Tom got to know us and was very kind to our children. Tom even fixed a cracked key from my old car and took off my old ski racks on my car. Service visit for a leaky roof I brought my 2017 Altrack to Sunrise VW because of the excellent on line reviews and 5 star ratings. They were not my "local" VW dealership, nor was i I brought my 2017 Altrack to Sunrise VW because of the excellent on line reviews and 5 star ratings. They were not my "local" VW dealership, nor was it the dealer where I bought the car, but I wanted quality work done and Sunrise seemed to offer the best service. I needed to have a leak in my sunroof fixed which could have been an extensive process to figure out where the water was getting in, but they found the problem, fixed it and offered the suggestion to replace the interior liner that had been stained by the leak. I will be bringing the car back when the replacement part comes in and I expect the same excellent service. More
