Horrible, just horrible If I could give it no stars I would. They don't deserve the one I had to give in order to submit. While I love the looks and the way my 2013 CC drives, it had numerous problems starting in year two of ownership. Most of what has gone wrong was covered by the warranty but a brand new car should not be in the shop six times in three years. Now, I am in year four with my car (46K) and I brought it in for service again- this time the water pump went. This is my fifth car in my lifetime, most of which were driven beyond 100K and I never once had to have a water pump replaced. It too was covered but when I picked it up, my car was dead and the employee had to jump it to start. Unacceptable. It was dead again the next morning, making me late for work. It barely started at the end the of the day, and then after one more stop, it was dead and wouldn't even take a jump. I was towed and offered a rental, this time I missed an appointment. I just got a call from the service department telling me if I need a new battery it will be $250. WHAT?!?! They caused the battery to go dead and I I have to pay for it?!?! For a company that is in trouble with the law and their customers, you would think they would do the right thing, especially when they are at fault. Terrible customer service at Sunrise VW and just a terrible product overall. Never again. Stay away, far far away. More
