He was patient with me throughout the process and answered all of my 101 questions. Once I was qualified for the car, picking it up was breeze. He went over all the features of the car, faxed over documents to my insurer, and made sure I was ok. He even followed up with a courtesy call the next day to make sure everything was ok with the car. I am very happy with my experience of getting my first car! From the moment I decided to return my leased 2013 Golf and buy a new 2016 Classic Silk I had a truly wonderful car buying experience at Sunrise VW. From the moment I decided to return my leased 2013 Golf and buy a new 2016 Classic Silk Blue Beetle, I was treated with the respect and consideration that every car buyer deserves. Greg took his time and explained ever detail about the car and the financing steps. He was also very patient as he showed me the trim level on the 2016 Classic Beetle and accompanied me on a 10 minute test drive of the vehicle. Once I decided to buy the car, we were able to schedule an appointment with Ray, the Financial Officer, where Greg also spent time explaining the finance and maintenance options. As a Financial Officer, Ray was also very impressive. HIs calm demeanor and professionalism immediately set me and my mother at ease, as car buying can often be a nerve-wracking and stressful experience. Ray was extremely informative and patient while I asked many questions about the financing and maintenance plans. Ray was kind, compassionate and informative. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have always wanted a Beetle since I was a child, and to be able to fulfill that dream is a blessing. Also, instead of upselling me on the higher SE trim, he directed me to the LE trim that was a better value for what I was looking for. I am very happy with my car and the price I paid. Poor response to specific questions I had very specific questions regarding numbers. Having done my homework, knowing about residuals and msrp, the sales person refused to answer my ema I had very specific questions regarding numbers. Very Helpful I met with Greg the moment I walked into the dealership. Right away I told him that there is a car on the lot that I am interested in that I have seen I met with Greg the moment I walked into the dealership. Right away I told him that there is a car on the lot that I am interested in that I have seen on the website. Right away Greg knew what car I was talking about and offered me a seat in his office while he confirms that he has it. Because I have trouble walking, Greg always offered to get me coffee or water or anything I wanted. He first went over the car with me, the extras that it contains and the accessories I can get. I told him what I wanted in the car, and he made sure he was able to have it for me. Not once did I feel pressured when it came to signing the deal, he went through everything first and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He always kept me in the loop when trying to transfer the title of my old car to him. He was on the phone with banks and businesses for hours trying to resolve the title issue. When it came time to pick up my new car he made sure the car was 100% clean. He then sat with me in the car and showed me everything the car has to offer, he also showed me how everything works and always asked if I had any questions. Not once did he rush to show me everything. From beginning to the very end he always reminded me that I have his #, and if I have any questions to just give him a call. I haven't bought a car in 10 years, and Greg made my experience comfortable and pleasant. More
