Before I even began to negotiate, Harez made me a great offer on my trade-in and gave me a v I recently purchased a 2016 VW Golf GTI from Sunrise VW. Before I even began to negotiate, Harez made me a great offer on my trade-in and gave me a very good price on the car. Through out the entire process, he was courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable, which usually doesn't happen for me in a dealership. I was in the dealership for about 30 minutes and three days later I picked up my new car that Harez had located for me. Harez took care of everything from insurance to all the paper work. There were no hidden fees, or any additional costs. Everything was straight forward and exactly as he said. He even called me few days after my purchase to follow up on how the car was. I have bought/leased six new cars since 2007, this is by far the most relaxed, stress free experience I had. Thank you again Harez!!! More
