Dudley is a gentleman and a professional Mr. Leveille was excellent as a sales person. He knew the vehicles and what he was talking about. His overall performance was exceptional. He went out of his way to make the transaction smooth. However, the finance guy, was less than perfect, as earlier noted. I was also disappointed that a 'loaner' wasn't available as a courtesy of buying from this dealership, unlike several other auto makers, also noted earlier. The driver, my son...God forbid ...may have a problem in Suffolk county, and upon leaving the car for service would really need a courtesy, which is not available on this 'certified' vehicle. I've been extended this courtesy from Honda, BMW, even the cars were out of warranty and not bought from that dealer. That is my idea of standing behind your product! They will expect a fee after, I believe, the third day, but by then alternative arrangements may be made. I'll reserve comment on your 'deductible.' More
