I walked into Sunrise VW dealership at 8:00 PM on Friday December 12, 2014 my in tensions were to look for a preowned Tiguan or Passat at a good price I walked into Sunrise VW dealership at 8:00 PM on Friday December 12, 2014 my in tensions were to look for a preowned Tiguan or Passat at a good price. Beside this dealer I had made appoints with three other VW dealers for that weekend. I signed up to purchase a new 2014 Tiguan that very night with Dudley at Sunrise. From the time we walked into the dealer and throughout the process Dudley's service, along with his colleagues Max, Bill and Lenny were excellent. As a sale representative, Dudley is very knowledgeable, provide clear and detail information about the vehicles, answered all Of our questions, and worked with Bill to get us the best price for the vehicle of my choice and there was no pressure on us to purchased any vehicle. Our experience doing business with Sunrise VW dealer was great and it was a pleasure having Dudley involved in our purchase of a new Tiguan. He walked us through the features and explained how to operate the vehicle it was like having the quick manual read and explained to us before driving of the lot. Of course after enjoying such great service, I cancelled all appointments with other VW dealers because I was confident that the information received was addressing my questions and helped me devised a plan to obtain what I wanted. And it didn't stop there, I received messages from Dudley and Max today (December 26, 2014) they were interested in how we are enjoying our new Tiguan and if we had any questions.. Our Sales Advisor, Donell J. Richardson stands out as a consummate professional whose infectious charm made the whole process completely painless. We were also pleased with our interaction with Sunrise VW's finance man, Lenny Orlov, whose positive demeanor put us at ease with the dollars & cents aspect of the transaction. Our last car met with a tragic end and we ended up at Sunrise because of a scheduling mix-up. I can only hope that more of life's mishaps will end this well. Kudos to Sunrise Volkswagen Inc. for doing it right. More
