A real mensch. I'd been looking at used cars for a month and hating the experience. I needed an inexpensive commuter car with no bells or whistles. I wasn't considering leasing until I saw the VW Jetta deal, which seemed almost too good to be true. So I went to Sunrise VW, even though I'd had enough of car salesman. Donell has changed my opinion of car salesman for the better, and I hope forever. He made my wife and me at all times comfortable. He was friendly without exception. After a half an hour, I felt ready to sign a lease and to have a drink with Donell after work—which I still might do. He mentioned that his grandmother works in our town, and I have every intention of finding her and telling her that her grandson is a standup guy of whom she should be proud. But I'm sure she already is. More
