I initially came to see there large selection of inventory, but was so happy with my choice because from start to finish the whole Sunrise Volkswagen staff was nothing but informative and patient and all with a smile on their faces. I figured my first car purchase was going to be stressful and confusing, but Harez was so helpful that this experience was wonderful! Harez was extremely attentive, always returned your phone calls promptly, charismatic, and very knowledge about the vehicles he was selling. After I bought my car, I had a problem syncing the Bluetooth. Harez and another associate took no time at all figuring out what the problem was! He'll give you a call to make sure the car is working. Harez's skills in sales and customer service are exceptional. I know when it's time for a new car, I will DEFINITELY be going back to Sunrise Volkswagen, and will ALWAYS deal with Harez! More
