We have leased many cars in the past and he made this experience a lot easier and very pleasant. At first we were undecided about the Jetta or Passat and came back to the dealer unannounced a couple of time and Donnell still took the time to talk to us each time and took us for a test drive in each. Made the decision process a lot easier! There was never any pressure for a decision and ultimately we made the informed decision of choosing the Passat. But I would like to mention that we were very unhappy and almost walk out of the deal with the finance person I don't know his name but you can look up my file and see who he was , he was nasty , condescending , when we question the reason why the price went up a bit and not a make or break deal he got up and was going to walk out , like we question his authority ... I would have walk out and tell him where to stick the car , but my wife wanted the jetter..so I shut my mouth .. My wife and I are professional people and we were treated like crap by this guy ... I will close again by saying Dudley is a fine young man and a pleasure to deal with , but I will tell you I will not lease again from this dealership when the lease is up if we decide to lease again..
