TO whom it may concern I was very happy with Dudley and his sales manager the service was above board I been leasing cars for 30 years and Dudley goes to the top of the list I was very happy with Dudley and his sales manager the service was above board I been leasing cars for 30 years and Dudley goes to the top of the list of being very Professional and friendly and product knowledge ... But I would like to mention that we were very unhappy and almost walk out of the deal with the finance person I don't know his name but you can look up my file and see who he was , he was nasty , condescending , when we question the reason why the price went up a bit and not a make or break deal he got up and was going to walk out , like we question his authority ... I would have walk out and tell him where to stick the car , but my wife wanted the jetter..so I shut my mouth .. My wife and I are professional people and we were treated like crap by this guy ... I will close again by saying Dudley is a fine young man and a pleasure to deal with , but I will tell you I will not lease again from this dealership when the lease is up if we decide to lease again.. These two skills are often mutually exclusively in a sales rep. For example, a Sales Rep could be an expert in Product knowledge but unable to communicate and answer questions in a way that a customer can fully understand. Harez happily combines both these critical skills. Harez was also considerate and appreciative of our needs and budget. He kept these things in mind. In short, he paid attention and took what we said seriously. Importantly, Harez was beyond friendly. He was very warm, friendly, and kind. I had a problem walking that day due to an injury and he was SINCERELY solicitous when it came to my comfort and well-being. Last, we were able to negotiate and fair price...a price that allowed us to walk away happy and with no buyer's remorse after the fact. In sum, having Harez as a Sales Rep was a pleasure and I consider myself lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him. More

From the first phone call the team at Sunrise VW helped us out with advice and friendly understanding for our situation, even though we had not been clients of the dealership before. When it became evident that a replacement vehicle was in order, JD Dorcinvil took care of us start to finish. Even though we were complete strangers, we were treated like old customers and friends. JD traded in our old car, and helped us find a nice replacement that suited our needs. He took care of all the required paper-work and accelerated the process as much as possible over the weekend, so that we were driving off in our new car only a couple of days later. Thanks to the people at Sunrise and specifically to JD, what could have been a veritable nightmare was turned into a very positive experience! More
