From the beginning of the process, Sales Associate Vince Monte was extremely professional. He understood my financial concerns, and returned any emails/telephone calls promptly. It was a hassle free experience. Upon delivery the staff at Sunrise VW offered my family & I coffee/tea. I was unable to take delivery with Vince Monte due to my work schedule, he arranged delivery with Joseph Benjamin who was also very professional. He went over all features of the vehicle. I assumed I would be treated differently buying a Certified Pre-Owned as opposed to purchasing a brand new more expensive model. This was not the case. The car was washed, full tank of gas, and ready to go. Before leaving the Sales Manager Joe Odierno invited me into his office. He wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my experience with Sunrise Volkswagen. I replied "yes", very satisfied. Most dealers and salesmen usually take you half seriously and scurry away like a wet rat, when you hit them with a low number. Harez was far from the normal lot jock. He was willing to let me test drive at 6pm on a rainy saturday even though the dealership was just closing. After i decided on which car I wanted to buy Harez did a great job getting me approved, insured, registered and driving in just over 1 day(remember I went there on a Saturday at 6pm). When I am ready to buy another car I wouldn't think twice about going back to Sunrise Volkswagen. More
