He is the best car salesman I have ever worked with- no pressure, no hard sales pitch- an all around nice guy. I got a fair price both on my trade in as well as on the Jetta. Extremely attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in accommodating our needs. He is the ONLY reason we ended up buying our car from Sunrise, following what ensued with the Finance Manager "Lenny." Lenny was condescending, dishonest, and perpetuated every stereotype associated with the industry. The contents of "privacy" forms put in front of me to sign were misrepresented, I was told that material misrepresentations on DMV forms were "irrelevant" and of course the justification for all of this is that he's been doing this for 20 years. You'd think Lenny would be getting it right by now....20 years. I closed the deal on one interest rate and was told that an interest rate that was almost double what was initially agreed to was all i could qualify for because of my poor credit (this is all while my bank had pre-approved me for half of what Lenny was trying to get me to sign off on)- In a hurry, of course. I have great credit, btw. By the time I left, I felt cheated and am still searching for the time to make a call to Volkswagen and consumer protection agencies about my time with Lenny. We looked at comparables from other dealerships and saw quite a few, but the effort that Donnell had put into the sale allowed me to communicate that I would be coming in with a check, if an only if there was no face time with lenny. My wish was granted. Stu Coleman, who had also helped us from the get-go, was also there and very helpful to sending us on our way. We are pleased with the sales experience, the price and the quality of the car, but if I wasn't so far along in the process of finding the right fit both in the car and in our sales people, Lenny would have costed Sunrise my business. I'd recommend the dealership, but only if it meant that my family and friends would deal with Donnell and Stu and avoid Lenny at all costs. You put a real stain on our experience. More

Donnell was great to deal with. Down to earth guy who made you feel very comfortable to deal with. I leased a 2013 Jetta from him just a few weeks back. Not only was Donnell extremely determined to help made you feel very comfortable to deal with. I leased a 2013 Jetta from him just a few weeks back. Arthur Is the only reason I purchased my new Golf at sunrise VW. He knows exactly what the car is worth on the market and the price he offered me was EXACTLY what i was willing to pay. Once we agreed on the price we went over all the paper work and he made sure the experience was excellent. His communication will I waited for the car to be delivered was timely and polite. When I went to pick up the car he sat and explained to me anything i wanted to know, made sure it was clean (he even cleaned the window that had a little sticker residue still left on it). I have had the car for almost two years and when I dropped the car off for service a year later he remember me, talked with me about how my car is performing and made sure I was being helped. More
I brought my still under warranty 2008 beetle in to repair brakes. When driving it home from dealer after a whole week in their possession I noticed EPC light on. I returned to dealer who told me that repair brakes. When driving it home from dealer after a whole week in their possession I noticed EPC light on. I returned to dealer who told me that it was on due to an "after market " part being installed and they refused to fix it at that point. Seven months ago I had a remote start installed with never any problems. I did not bring the car in initially with that light on it was only after THEY serviced it that it was on. I brought it back to the shop where remote start was installed and he proved it was not his doing by disconnecting the only wire he installed to the system and doing a diagnostic code test on it. The EPC light was still on when I attempted to drive it home. He called them and told them I was coming back to have my car fixed and it was obviously because of the work they just did and not his "after market" part.It was only after he called that they were then willing to service my car. I intend to file a formal complaint with the FTC. I should not have been given the runaround and my car should have been fixed without a hassle. I am totally unsatisfied with the service I received and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
We had an issue with the lease. After we expressed our dissatisfaction to the dealership, they contacted us and settled the issue to our complete satisfaction. They obviously value their customers and wan dissatisfaction to the dealership, they contacted us and settled the issue to our complete satisfaction.
