The manager of the surface department is outstanding very personable very acknowledge great customer service skills . and the people work under his supervision they are very nice great follow up. The sales managers because I deal with two Mike and another person. I can’t remember the name. They just look for numbers. Mike was very nice hard-working man. The other manager who works with Mike sometimes they have no customer service skills whatsoever and he’s a great liar. and lie is not the right thing you could do it to a customer in the business. The word of mouth is the best publicity you could get and is free, so don’t lie to a customer. More

Stay FAR away from this so called dealership, ESPECIALLY if you cherish your money. A month ago a deal was agreed to trade in my vehicle and in turn we would have a low monthly lease in a 2025 Atlas. My wif if you cherish your money. A month ago a deal was agreed to trade in my vehicle and in turn we would have a low monthly lease in a 2025 Atlas. My wife called three weeks after the lease to see who or when our payment was due and no one called her back after a voicemail was left with the managers. A week later I tried to call and got nowhere, so I drive up and call in the parking lot and see the two managers playing on their phone while I got sent to voicemail ( it was pouring out and no one was in the dealership) after walking in I addressed the two managers about the situation and asked the GM call me, the manager assured me within the next day everything would be fixed and it was due to VW financial not completing their side of the deal. I never received a call and my wife then went up to the dealership where she was told the same thing and that it would be fixed by the next day. The third day my wife drove up there we found out that VW Financial actually returned the lease because SUNRISE VW took in to much equity on the lease and they somehow overlooked they owed us a check that they conveniently forgot to mention, so now we sit with a new lease on the same car so our credit took two hits, a higher lease payment and still not a word from this GM if you want to call him that. I’m sure this review will have the song and dance “ we’re sorry blah blah blah we will send this to the GM blah blah blah” this dealership is garbage and the management is the sludge at the bottom of the can.
