After owning 20 Volkswagens in my lifetime this was the worst experience not because of the money but because you are charging for gloves and safety glasses $6.99 on top of a bill and paper towels. My dad always told me growing up if you don't have the tools don't go to work. If you're not supplying your people with the proper tools or they can't have the proper uniforms of tools they shouldn't be working. We will never bring our car back to Volkswagen we'll go to a garage that doesn't nickel and dime someone. Volkswagen has become a disgrace especially after talking to corporate. Also your service manager always has a puss on his face is never happy and sits there like a lump on a log and doesn't greet anyone The worst attitude in the world. Hey you know what $60,000 for a vehicle, how bout a smile.. I would like to take my bill and put it publicly on social media. Worst experience. More
