The Best Service I Have Ever Received I had been searching for a 2007-2011 DTS Platinum Edition with black on black and low miles for roughly 5-6 months all over the Country. I luckily found a 2008 at Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota online through cars.com and did my research. I saw through their website that it was extremely well maintained and the CarFax showed it had been maintained at their dealership since originally purchased. I called the next morning and left a message. Within a half hour I received a call back from Doug Hillman. After 5 minutes of talking to him, I knew this car was exactly what I was looking for and we began the purchase right then over the phone. I live in the Detroit area and therefore the purchase process had to be done in a way that was both convenient and as hands on as possible from the dealership for me to be able to feel comfortable enough to buy a used vehicle, sight unseen. However, everyone at Sunset and especially Mr. Hillman were extremely accomodating and exceeded my expectations in all facets of the purchase process. He was able to special order the rims that I wanted to upgrade to and have them direct shipped to my address at no additional cost. He arranged for a driver to pick me up in Tampa from the airport and drive me to the dealership at no additional cost. The car was fully detailed, tires filled, fluids topped off, and had a full tank of gas. All of my paperwork was ready to go when I arrived and the car was pulled up front and waiting for me. As someone who was paying with a large sum of cash, I felt 100 percent comfortable in the area and at the dealership. This is also a subtle importance. I have now owned 12 Cadillacs and purchased 5 from dealerships as well as dealt with countless others on service and so forth. Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota is by far the best experience with a Cadillac dealership, or any dealership for that matter, and exceeded my expectations by miles. Doug Hillman went above and beyond to ensure my entire process was as easy and convenient as possible. I not only would recommend this dealership and sales agent to anyone reading this, friends, and family; but i will be making this my dealership of choice for any future purchases I may make. More

With Marshall, I felt like an old friend was helping me find the car I wanted. After I made my choice I left giving them time to prepare the car I was buying and the sales paperwork.
