Great service, but they have a sign in the waiting room that reads, “vaccinated no mask required, unvaccinated mask required,” Everyone sees how that science didn’t age well. Since I can track what they are doing with charging my car, I’m pretty sure it just sat there for most of the time. More
I emailed Blake about the new car and have had no response. Your service department is horrible about answering the phone or even calling back after leaving a message. Once you get them on the phone after calling multiple times it seems like no one can answer anything. I am still waiting for the service department to call me back after talking to them about two issues I have with the car. They said they would research it and call me back to let me know if I needed to bring the car in. This is not a really good experience with Sunset Ford. If you talk to sales they say you need to talk to service and then when you talk to service they say talk to your sales person. A lot of passing the buck is going on. More
