Susan, we have received your review. Sorry to be defensive, but I will not be screamed at, talked to disrespectfully, and nor will my staff. Regarding the extra key fob, Sunset Ford has already provided you a $114.00 discount off the $189.00 key fob last week on your 2022 Expedition as customer goodwill even though the vehicle was not purchased here. You were happy with that resolution until you found out you needed a key insert for an additional $64.95 to complete the key fob. I provided your husband an extra key insert we had in stock at no charge in order to complete the key fob to click on your key ring, he was content with that. Regardless, the missing key is of no fault of Sunset Ford, therefore there will be no additional customer assistance on this matter. Justin Heutel has omitted some of the chronology of this issue to justify his position. He even INFORMED me he was the owner of Sunset Ford to try to establish his credibility in customer service. He is rude, does not listen to customers. As an owner, he should stay in his office and hire someone else to be the service manager so he doesn’t loose his dealership. Justin omitted critical information that occurred with the interim service manager before he took the position. I clearly can understand why the former service manager “quit “.
