Prior to stopping by Sunset Ford I went by three other dealerships, Tony Pizzella was the first to actually come out and talk to me out of four dealerships. I informed him I was just looking and would h dealerships, Tony Pizzella was the first to actually come out and talk to me out of four dealerships. I informed him I was just looking and would have to come back another day. Tony didn't pressure me and answered any questions I had, knowing I was going to leave. I did end up returning and bought a truck with my wife Tony and Treff made it very easy and it was a pleasure working with them on the sale. More

Like a lot of places these days, Sunset is short-staffed. While I was initially given the impression it would take up to four weeks for my son's truck to get looked at, it was actually serviced the next day. While I was initially given the impression it would take up to four weeks for my son's truck to get looked at, it was actually serviced the next day. Very grateful. Must add, though, being short-staffed, and I get it, the number of times a phone call to the service dept. was dropped was bordering on ridiculous. All in all, though, great service. Glad to have my son driving his truck again. More
