I have an extended warranty on my vehicle. I was told that I had to bring my vehicle there to be worked on. After driving 40 mins each way, twice since they are out of cars for loaners, I decided to call that I had to bring my vehicle there to be worked on. They told me that I could have taken it to any Ford dealer for work which would have saved me a ton of time and money. I will not be returning to Sunset Ford. Honesty is #1 for me and this is the last time that I will be not be told the truth by this dealership. More
