We are very sorry if that happened, that is not typical to our practice. Typically we advise our customers they may have a deductible at other locations whereas our location (assuming we were the selling dealer) would have a $0 deductible for repairs. And if you have a non-Ford vehicle, we typically work with a dealer of customer's choice to coordinate repairs elsewhere. So again, we are very sorry if this happened, as you can service your vehicle anywhere, you just may have a deductible cost whereas you would not if services with us (depending on the warranty purchased). justin, just a repeat of what ive already said. nobody wears a mask except for one man. thats nice that u give employees a choice but not thoughtful of your customers. still no signage about what to do when u pull up. work being done that doesnt need to be (emissions). the people i have met there are not as welcoming as they should be. mike s is the exception. waiting for a refund, but i know that can take a few days. if sinclair is no better i will go back to pappas. thanks for listening.

Ok, all good points Phil, and regardless, I'm sorry we are not providing you the best experience that suites your needs, we are truly trying to balance all customers demands. Regarding masks, we are following orders directed by St. Louis County since we do not have our own medical staff of advisors, and from what I know, masks are not required at this time. Our theory is we wouldn't overstep any other laws or requirements by the county at any other time, so we don't feel we should be overstepping here/now. We have been trying to hire someone since Spring to greet customers at their vehicle and help with the welcoming process, but we have either had little to no applicants or the ones we have hired have only lasted a few weeks. Our staff does genuinely care about everyone coming in the door, they are just simply over worked and its not allowing them to be as welcoming as they should be. Let me know you receive the refund you mentioned, otherwise I can help track it down. I really appreciate the sincere feedback. I will not be changing mask requirements for now, but I can make an impact on the other areas of concern. Thanks for the information. Justin.
