My husband has to really encourage me to make the step. This past week we took the step. I currently owned a 2010 Edge Limited. I really love the Edge and that’s what we shopped for. Due to a conflict with our schedules time at Sinclair. My husband and I went to SUNSET FORD. Where we were greeted by Angelice. We talked for a short bit, an Edge Titanium demo was ready to test drive. When we returned the car we wanted was found and would arrive by the weekend. When we came to pick it up the next day, We sealed the deal with (finance) Jason, we were driving away in or New Edge in less then an hour. It was the best experience in buying a new car. More

Dan was the first person I spoke to and was very patient and polite. The vehicle was not a perfect match for what we wanted. He stayed in touch, but was not overbearing. When a match for what I was interested in was located Dan reached out to me, to set up a time. He was helpful then, and has still followed up to ensure everything is as expected. When in the market for the next vehicle Sunset and Dan will be the first contact. Justin in finance was very helpful as well. This involved an out of state title. he made this seamless. He was kind, courteous, and worked with us to make a great deal! The dealership gave us a great deal on the vehicle we purchased (2018 Santa Fe) and gave me a great deal on my trade in. I cannot express enough how pleasant this car buying experience was for us. Bach was such a kind and approachable salesman and he spoke directly to me and not just to my husband which is a huge deal for me, as a woman, I have experienced many salesmen speaking down to me or not speaking to me at all even though I am the one purchasing the car. Bach was very patient with me while I test drove two Santa Fe's several times. He made sure to contact me as soon as the second key fob and floor mats were ready for pick up. I can't say enough good things about Bach! I also worked with Treff in the financing department and he was a pleasure to work with as well. Outstanding!!! I’ve owned several brands of cars but because of prior research have never purchased a Ford product. At the same time I have tended to be very skeptical about dealerships. Well I can say this in all honesty that all that was before I came across Sunset Ford. I felt that everyone that I dealt with was the epitome of professionalism. The four individuals I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with were Larry Sidberry, Brian Noeth, Sean John, and my salesman Brad Dostal. I want to highlight Brad in particular because the level of service he provided to me was above and beyond reproach. He was extremely attentive to every question and concern I had and took the time and effort to ensure that I walked away satisfied. At the same time I would also like to point out that during the purchase of my “new baby” my confidence in purchasing a Ford product was fully restored.
