I tried shopping online and thought I had found the "perfect car" even though it was on the other side of the state. That deal turned out to be a nightmare! Purely by chance, Sam Martin answered the phone one day, listened to my long wish list and found my car!! He was very empathetic to my situation. He was patient, detail oriented, and provided excellent communication. There wasn't one moment of the deal that I felt pressured or rushed.
