Great experience at Sunset Ford! I had visited multiple dealerships before coming to Sunset Ford in search of a SUV. After meeting with Sam Martin and telling him the qualities in a car I wanted we started looking. This was my first time buying a car on my own (husband was on vacation) and I felt no pressure at all while looking at the different vehicles. Sam was very knowledgeable. He was very patient with me as we test drove multiple vehicles and put vehicles side by side so that I could compare them all. It was not long before I fell in love with a Ford Escape Titanium. And before I knew it I was signing the papers. I've already told multiple people how great Sam and everyone else was at Sunset Ford. My experience there was different than the other dealerships I had visited and for any future car purchases I will always head to Sunset. More

She suggested we go see him and he did not disappoint! Howard Wood was our salesman and I had explained our situation and what we could afford and he made it happen with ease. He never tried to sell me anything I couldn't afford, he listen and gave us exactly what I wanted. Treff made the experience smooth for finance. We were literally there for 30 minutes. My partner and I decided to test drive the vehicle to see if we both liked it (he is 6'4" and I'm only 5'3") but when we arrived the SUV was being test driven in Waterloo. Still, Dan tried to show us other vehicles in our price range and we test drove them while the other SUV was in the back of my mind. After the test drives, we talked with Dan about our options and found out the vehicle we wanted wasn't bought and would be back within the hour.
