He did not force on us other more expensive vehicles and demand more down on our financing. He was very informed about our vehicle as well. I will sleep well tonight! easy. stress-free. laid back. I looked at another dealership (closer to home) first and told the sales lady what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. After about 20 minutes she told me there was nothing she could do for me and that was that. I did the exact same thing with Tommy at Sunset Ford and he went back and forth several times trying to get me what I wanted. After it was all said and done, I left with a brand new truck! The entire experience took no more than a couple of hours and they treated me like they wanted to sell me a car not like I was there to buy a car from them. To me that is what makes a good sales staff great! More
