First of all, we apologize if we ever made it feel like we were trying to rush you out of the door -- your business and time are very important to us. However, as we aren't currently outfitted to do internal radio repairs, our only course of action would have been to remove the unit and send it to an external repair facility -- something that is likely to cost more money than just buying an entirely new replacement unit. That said, if you wanted to come back in and discuss your options, we'd be happy to talk you through them free of charge. Thank you for your feedback.
