Brought in for oil change and tire rotation. Stood in front of service desk for 5-10mins without any acknowledgement even though CSR right in front of me wasn’t on the phone. Had several issues. Waited for a long time but the car still wasn’t ready. Went and told them I was leaving and to call when it was done. They never called so I showed up at 6 to pick up my truck and nobo still wasn’t ready. Went and told them I was leaving and to call when it was done. Not sure if staff is short but getting people to take calls is tough. I called 3 times and was told someone would call me back, after being put on hold. Nobody called back. Finally, the receptionist t calls is tough. I called 3 times and was told someone would call me back, after being put on hold. Nobody called back. Finally, the receptionist told me to just bring my truck in and someone would address the oil leak that was happening after a recent oil change (turned out to be a loose filter). I give the receptionist high marks for trying but everyone else in the service department failed - supposedly the calls were routed to the Service manager and Service Director. Not good "Service". I have never been so impressed by a dealership. At first, there were some snags but Joey more than made up for it. He was able to find the exact car I was looking for at a dealership 2 1/2 hours away and dro there were some snags but Joey more than made up for it.
