I appreciated the entire experience. There’s a reason people generally don’t enjoy car dealerships (old-school pushy, not trustworthy, etc) this was definitely NOT that. The call center they use to make service appointments is TERRIBLE !!!! I made an appointment for a simple oil change for 7:30 a.m. arrival. Upon arrival we were told the servicing would be done at 4:30 !! TERRIBLE !!!! I made an appointment for a simple oil change for 7:30 a.m. arrival. Upon arrival we were told the servicing would be done at 4:30 !! Nine hours for an oil change that should take 20 minutes . I spoke to the service manager and was told that my car was booked as an all day drop. I was not made aware of that by the call center when I made the appointment. Needless to say I was fuming mad. Did they really expect me to sit in their waiting room for 9 hours? After letting her know of my extreme displeasure I was told they would try to get it done sooner, which they did. Lesson learned; make it perfectly clear to the call center when you make an appointment for an oil change you do not intend to wait all day. I do want to make it clear that this snafu was not the fault of the service dept. The service mgr. was actually quite patient and did her best to fix the problem. More
Got my oil changed but when he put my skid plate back on he strip out one of my bolt and nut on it , said he'd have the service manager call me have not heard anything from him! I had my first service with them in replacing the Key FOB and remote start function on my 2013 Ford Taurus. There was an issue with the new key after I picked up the car and I contacted the dealership to req and remote start function on my 2013 Ford Taurus. There was an issue with the new key after I picked up the car and I contacted the dealership to request it be fixed. After a few phone calls, an appointment was scheduled. They found out the hood release latch was broken and it wasn’t engaging with my “Door Ajar” system so it was preventing my remote start from working. They replaced the part and ensured I was satisfied with the work before sending me on my way. They took my concern from after the first visit and corrected it in a timely and affordable manner. Very happy with the customer service and communication. I do recommend. More
