Sunset Ford told me they'd wash my new vehicle abs fill it up with gas. They sprayed it off and put a quarter tank in it. Horrible service and was charged a diagnostic fee for each issue and charged time to put my door panel back on and it was not even fixed. I have had nothing but issues with my ford that I bought from you each issue and charged time to put my door panel back on and it was not even fixed. Will not be back EVER! I bought a used vehicle. I also bought the extended warranty as well. The discussion was if I brought the vehicle there for repair the deductible would disappear. When making the pu bought the extended warranty as well. The discussion was if I brought the vehicle there for repair the deductible would disappear. When making the purchase a new software was just beginning to be used. The financial person was having a hard time with it and apparently it made my disapearing deduction disapear as well. Had warranty work done. Charged the $100 deductible as well as cost $31 for a Uber ride because I am 13 miles from dealership. Tammy was awesome....6 stars for her! More
