We are sorry your experience didn't match up with the standards of customer satisfaction we strive for. Unfortunately, we were not certain that the panel was the problem for your car door's handle problem before performing the diagnostic -- it was, and since the panel has been discontinued by Ford, we were unable to repair it. Naturally, we didn't charge you anything for the repair and discounted the diagnostic, but we needed to do the labor to determine the issue.
