Never found out what was wrong with my vehicle They did tell me it would be $834 dollars to hopefully find out. I just came picked the vehicle up so I didn’t have to leave it there over the weekend. I dropped the vehicle off Thursday night, but the dealership was not able to get to get to it even though my appointment was at 0730 on Friday. The service department had a difficult time trying to explain why they couldn’t find out what was wrong. After some questions, they seemed to get very irritated and short with me. I will just take the vehicle somewhere else. Thank you for your time More

Complete lack of apathy, spent $2,800 friend dropped me off to pick up car and it wasn’t fixed right. Apparently as big Sunset is they don’t have loaners, no offer to help me in anyway to get back home. Ne off to pick up car and it wasn’t fixed right.
