Low-balled trade-in, had to start leaving dealership before made fair offer. Salesman kept calling me by wrong name. My name is not "Mike". Lost 2nd key and only offered to "look for it", not replace. Finance experience was good. When getting ready to leave we noticed bad scratches had not previously seen. Salesman said could probably buff the out. Asked if detail could do it. Took car back and returned quickly saying they don't have a buffer. He did not offer to go over technology and features. Overall, not a very good experience after driving 140 miles. More
