A hassle to get the car cleaned. So bought the truck new within five days of purchasing the truck I noticed there is a small scratch on the front of the vehicle, called Sunset Ford t So bought the truck new within five days of purchasing the truck I noticed there is a small scratch on the front of the vehicle, called Sunset Ford told me to bring it down there and then they said after I brought it down ,it was gonna cost me $400 which is absolutely ridiculous, also why was sitting in my driveway I noticed oil on the ground found out it was left rear drum leaking took it down to Sunset Ford they said they fixed it one out there a week later oil on the ground again this time that replace the whole hub of the left rear and Residual brake fluid all over the rear of the tire both times I brought it back and they said it was completed. overall not a great experience. More

No other Ford dealership could find the perfect truck I had specific requests for a truck and several dealerships wanted me to look at "comparable" trucks since they didn't have what I wanted. Good work but not quite the extra I realize we all work short handed sometimes but the difference would be when you are short handed and don’t have someone to run the vehicle through t I realize we all work short handed sometimes but the difference would be when you are short handed and don’t have someone to run the vehicle through the car wash then hand out a coupon for a car wash somewhere else! Or take the price of a car wash off the cost of the oil change. This might be minut but for someone getting up in age I don’t always have the energy to wash and vacuum my car and I would appreciate someone making that happen! More

Very disappointing experience I had a 9am appointment and my oil change wasn't complete until 5:30pm. The serviceman called me towards the end of of the day and used tactics to tr I had a 9am appointment and my oil change wasn't complete until 5:30pm. The serviceman called me towards the end of of the day and used tactics to try to scare and intimidate me into additional services and then couldn't be available when I picked up my vehicle to go over any issues found in the inspection. They didn't even complete the work I requested. Very disappointed in the quality of the service. I definitely will not be returning. More

I bought a truck from Sunset and they sell on this great service and maintenance crap but ever since I bought there’s been issues, fuel filters, wiring harness problems and I paid out of pocket for items that should have been seen during the truck arrival, but they fail to do this on used vehicles. I will never go back to Sunset ever, I recommend anyone to stay away from this company. The service Dept is a joke, again the staff put talking to friends and talking shop before helping actual paying customers. More
