Took our 2020 Ford Transit 350HD van in for its 10,000 mile check up, that is required by Ford. When we picked it up we were told that the tires were not rotated. Page 2 of our Vehicle report card states mile check up, that is required by Ford. When we picked it up we were told that the tires were not rotated. Page 2 of our Vehicle report card states that this is part of 10,000 mile maintenance. We were told we had to request specifically that we wanted the tires rotated. Now need another appointment to rotate tires More
