I made an appointment 10 days ahead of time for 0730, 11/17/2017.. I called at 1145 to get a status and they had not even started looking at the car. Engine light on and I think the thermostat needs to be replaced. Bought my car there, have had it serviced therein the past, but never had this, "we're busy so we'll get it in when we can" attitude. Why make appointment? A call would have been nice letting me know that they could not meet the appointment schedule.
