Sunset Ford - Service Center

Terrible communication and terrible service. Instead of actually looking at the car and trying to figure out what is wrong, they just look at the computer code and tell you you need a $650 replacement part actually looking at the car and trying to figure out what is wrong, they just look at the computer code and tell you you need a $650 replacement part. When I asked if it could just be low coolant, they'd have to charge me another $155 to look at that... But the code and recommended repair are for the coolant system and includes a coolant flush! Also, the advertised brake replacement price on their website is a scam. More

Came in for a simple key programming. Ended up needing a new "brain" / "computer". My vehicle was not presenting any typical signs of failure. Had everyone stumped for over a week.
