Most of the time parts are required to provide good service. It took way too long to get parts. The unfortunate thing is my service was due to recalls. Once they received the parts they installed quick service. It took way too long to get parts. The unfortunate thing is my service was due to recalls. Once they received the parts they installed quickly. I need to go back for a couple issues that need additional attention. Hopefully we are at the end of issues that require service. More

Male mgr wasted my time Female mgr and guy that helped me with hubcaps was great. Oil changer didn't reset system, didn't check my battery, etc. I had been scheduled for front end alignment, rotation and re with hubcaps was great. Oil changer didn't reset system, didn't check my battery, etc. I had been scheduled for front end alignment, rotation and replace air thingy for tire, oil change. Won't be coming back. This department was a lot better before the strike. Boo on you. More
