I very much appreciated being able to drop my car off via a tow and being worked in for service. All of the service people were very helpful, Loni of course is my fave. But it was very disturbing that it too a tow and being worked in for service. All of the service people were very helpful, Loni of course is my fave. But it was very disturbing that it took so long to get my car back, it was over a week. I guess you’re at your maximum for the size of your facility, but the long delays even when booking for service makes it difficult to be without my car. I really appreciated the concierge service bringing my car back directly to me, that is stellar! More
