I called in January to see when I could get my recall taken care of they told me to call back in February. I called back in February they took my name and phone number and said they would contact me by J taken care of they told me to call back in February. At the end of June I called and asked when I could get my recall taken care of they said I already had an appointment on the books I said how is that because I've not made an appointment yet and they told me my appointment was for July 11th. So I did my best to make it on July 11th. I guess the service was fine the people were nice it only took a day but I told them that they only had a day because I really needed the car back. They complied everything was fine except for the fact that I had to wait 6 months. More

The staff in the service department at Sunset Ford were friendly and very helpful with setting up and completing recall work on both of our vehicles.
